By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as the ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. h. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that we deem objectionable, offensive, or in violation of this User Agreement.

i. We do not assume liability for user-posted content. However, any content posted using open communication tools becomes the property of Docguidance, granting us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute as deemed fit.

j. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Docguidance, its parent company, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from all losses, damages, and expenses resulting from your violation of this User Agreement.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information.
The Privacy Policy forms part of this User Agreement.

Limitation of Warranties

All Resources are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:
i) use of our Resources will meet your needs;
ii) use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
iii) information obtained will be accurate or reliable; or
iv) any defects will be corrected.

Any content downloaded or obtained through our website is done at your own risk. Docguidance shall not be liable for any damage to devices or loss of data.

Limitation of Liability

Any claim against us shall be limited to the amount paid, if any, for our services. Docguidance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Resources, including data loss, corruption, or downtime.

By accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Tamil Nadu (without regard to conflict of law principles) apply to all matters relating to this website.
Any legal action shall be brought in courts located in Chennai (Madras), India, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Guarantee

Unless otherwise expressed, Docguidance expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Terms and Conditions for Writing Services

By engaging our writing services, you accept the following terms:

1. The thesis will be prepared only according to the protocol, synopsis, and format submitted during the first consultation.
2. The thesis and its results will align with the prerequisites and parent study/article discussed during the first consultation.
3. The basic thesis will include adequate content; additional work beyond the chosen package will be charged extra.
4. There will be no refunds on work once initiated.
5. Delays in providing the master chart or cooperating with the writer/statistician will result in unavoidable delays.
6. Any modifications to the final work after delivery will be chargeable.
7. Any extra work or analysis will incur additional charges.
8. The usual timeline is 4–6 weeks, but user delays may alter this schedule or quotation.
9. Docguidance is not responsible if your guide changes the topic, assigns new instructions, or errors arise from your data.
